Job description:
- Handling the recruitment cycle from A to Z.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Build strong relations with recruitment agencies
Manages posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels
- Responsible for scanning and filtering CVs to get the most prospective candidates to meet the organizations requirements
- design job analysis and job description
- design job ads using social media
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Advising managers on best practice recruitment and selection.
Job requirements:
More than 5 years of experience as" Recruitment Specialist " preferred in a real estate &Agricultural market.
